Jason is a licensed general contractor and real estate professional who is passionate about creating luxury homes tailored to each client’s vision. A Tampa native and University of South Florida graduate, Jason has been turning dream homes into reality since earning his General Contractor’s license in 2002 and his real estate license in 2007.
Specializing in spec homes and custom “build-on-your-lot” projects, Jason combines hands-on construction expertise with real estate insight to guide clients seamlessly through the entire home-building process. From acquiring the perfect lot to architectural planning and final construction, he works closely with homeowners to ensure every detail reflects their style, needs, and lifestyle.
